Yesterday was the first of two days taking Biltricide. It's an anti-parasitic for helminths and liver flukes. I'm not sure if they give this to everyone or if I'm just lucky because we lived in Japan for 3 years and traveled in Asia. Oh. My. Goodness. I read the side effects ahead of time, just as a good nurse would do, and I had the top four...drowsiness, dizziness, malaise, and nausea. The doses are to be taken with meals no closer than 4 hours together and no farther apart than 6. I went with 0830, 1330, and 1830. I didn't lay down after the last one. Tonight I will. I was so sick.
