The has to be the most complicated thing I've ever done, or else I'm having terrible brain fog today. I just can't concentrate. Once I reach the level of calibration I'm at, I have to calculate how many grams of Vitamin C salts I've taken to achieve that undesired result. Then, I'm supposed to take 75% of that amount every day.
Each teaspoon contains 4,000 mg or 4 grams of Vitamin C. At the end of the calibration period, I had a total of 20 grams of Vitamin C, meaning...I need a total of 15 grams of Vitamin C every day. In order for me to get enough Vitamin C, without most of it being reabsorbed, I have to get 15 times the amount of what most people take every day...1 gram. I'll have to repeat the flush and recalibrate because, over time, I should need less to fulfill my daily requirements. Interesting, isn't it?
